North Sea Tech Fund (NSTF) is a non listed Limited Liabilty Company (‘BV’) under Dutch Law. Participants in this fund become shareholders with voting rights and a possibility to take a seat on the supervisory board. Consequently, this activity is not subject to financial supervision or regulation in the Netherlands.
